Realizado na Sede do IRS, já atendeu cerca de 960 participanetes e tem como foco o desenvolvimento de suas AH/SD. Adota em sua metodologia as inteligências múltiplas de H. Gardner. Dentro deste referencial, oferece Oficinas de Criação, Codificação, Empreendedorismo, Robótica e Oficinas Complementares: Desenho, Jornal, Teatro e Xadrez. O IRS oferece, também, bolsas de estudo de Inglês dependendo do desempenho do jovem.
As Oficinas visam enriquecer o currículo dos participantes, com a criação de projetos específicos, o desenvolvimento das habilidades cognitivas e comportamentais, estimulando o talento, a expressão individual, o incentivo a criatividade, sociabilidade e mentalidade empreendedora. As Oficinas de Codificação e Robótica, além dos benefícios mencionados, desenvolvem conhecimentos e conceitos de Matemática, Tecnologia, Engenharia e Ciências, dando uma base importante para serem bem-sucedidos em qualquer carreira do século 21.
O IRS apoia a escolaridade, orienta profissionalmente e contribui para a inserção no mercado de trabalho.
